Question by Maureen M: I forgot to take my birth control last night and had sex and he didn't pull out. What should I do?

I have been on Birth control for over 2 years, but I just ended my period and was supposed to start my new pack last night. But I forgot and he didn't pull out. Should I worry or go get the day after pill? Or if i take 2 BC today should I be fine?

You should be worried because any longer than 7 days runs the risk of you ovulating. If it had happened any other time I'd say you're probably fine, but you might want to get Plan B just in case since you hadn't started your new pack. Start today and stick to it, and perhaps start using condoms.
